ABOUT ME
I didn’t start in health and fitness. After graduating in Economics & Business, I worked in Marketing and Project management, but deep down, I always knew my true passion lay in nutrition, movement, and supporting others on their journey to wellness and feeling their best.

After having four children in five years, life became a balancing act, and it was in that whirlwind that I recognised how vital good health and self-care truly are—not just for myself, but for everyone who feels overwhelmed by the demands of life. ​​
Today, I’m dedicated to empowering women, to reclaim their health and thrive. My approach combines fitness, nutrition, and a deep understanding of women’s unique wellness needs to get sustainable RESULTS, with genuine compassion and support to guide them on their journey.

As a coach, I work with hundreds of women who want to lose weight, regain energy, gain strength and confidence, even amidst life’s demands. Many of my clients are mums, balancing family, careers, and endless responsibilities, while others are navigating the shifts of perimenopause.
I specialise in creating realistic and bespoke wellness plans that include strength training, tailored nutrition, lifestyle changes and a focus on hormone and gut health.
My goal is to help women make meaningful changes that fit into their lives without adding stress or unrealistic expectations!
Wellness isn’t about quick fixes; it’s about creating habits that uplift and sustain us for life. I know how challenging it can be to make time for yourself, which is why I’m here to provide the support, tools, and motivation needed to make lasting changes.
