Hi I’m Farzana, a women’s health specialist, personal trainer, and holistic wellness coach, passionate about helping women feel strong, nourished, and truly at home in their bodies whatever their age.
With a passion in Ayurvedic nutrition and a deep understanding of female physiology, I support women through every stage of life- whether it’s building strength, balancing hormones, or simply feeling their best.
